All sales are final. Live birds cannot be returned.
A refund or replacement is offered only when a licensed veterinarian diagnoses an illness within 7 days of pickup.

Early pickup might be arranged if the new family is comfortable with hand-feeding the baby cockatiel after they are 5 weeks old — please read the hand-feeding guide for details.
