Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit holds your bird while pickup details are arranged. Please read the terms below carefully before paying.
⚠️ Please read before paying
- Contact us first. Do not pay a deposit before we have confirmed availability and agreed on a bird, price, and pickup timeframe.
- Non-refundable. The reservation deposit is non-refundable. It applies toward the total price of the bird at pickup.
- Not a purchase. The deposit reserves the bird — it is not an automatic purchase or a guarantee of delivery. Pickup must be completed within the agreed timeframe.
- Required information. When paying, you must include your name, phone number, and the bird tag or name you are reserving in the payment note.
- 3% surcharge. A credit card processing surcharge of 3% applies to all card payments.
How the reservation process works
- Contact us by text or email and confirm which bird you are interested in.
- We confirm availability, price, and a pickup timeframe together.
- Once we have agreed, you pay the deposit using the button below.
- In the payment note, include your name, phone number, and the bird tag or name.
- We mark the bird as Reserved and follow up to coordinate pickup.
What to include in your payment note
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- The bird tag or name (e.g. "Cyan-S7639")
Without this information we may not be able to match your payment to your reservation.
